These emails for Opzelura, built in FIGMA, were redesigned after an extensive audit was performed of their existing email campaign. Some findings that came out of the audit from an art directors perspective:

Display a consistency in the size and treatment of logos, buttons, copy and sign-offs across all emails. Establish a hierarchy of text for both mobile and desktop, as well as build a consistent icon style. Improve legibility through increased contrast in colors and an introduction of additional tints of existing brand colors. Feature photography that is relatable to the patient.

Additional areas of improvement were identified by account directors, strategists and copy writers outside the area of art.
